Site Terms and Conditions
The Site Licence and conditions are on display in the farm house and must be observed at all times.
All caravans, motor homes and tents must be of proprietary manufacture and in good condition.
Payment for pitches and electrical hook-
Rubbish – PLEASE RECYCLE -
No washing up, personal washing or teeth cleaning to be done at the taps.
Portable toilets must not be washed out or cleaned out other than in specifically designated area, using the designated tap. Area is signed “Waste Disposal Area” provided for this purpose.
This is a working farm there will be machinery /implements on or around the site, which are not climbing frames. Please take care around the perimeter fences as some have barbed wire to make them stock proof. All gates to be kept shut when not in use. Keep to camp site and do not stray into adjoining fields, the farmyard, farm buildings and other areas including the caravan storage area. No playing in or near the deep ditch to the south of the site or in the mėnage. Please respect the horse riders and horses. No climbing or playing on fences, gates and large hay/ silage bales and logs.
Dogs are welcome but owners have the responsibility of supervising their dogs at all times to ensure the safety of others to keep their dogs under strict control (on a lead) whilst on site. All fouling anywhere on site MUST be cleaned up by the owner. Dogs can be exercised on the public footpaths in the area. No dog kennels are allowed to be placed on site.
The maximum period any person can stay on the site is three weeks per visit (provided that the three weeks are paid in advance); unless booked at seasonal rate. Any extensions to these times must be approved by the site owners.
All vans, trucks, commercial vehicles or any type of converted commercial vehicles will require permission by the site owners to go on site. We may refuse entry to large caravans that we deem unsuitable (Hobby/LMC, Tabbart, Roma, Wieppert etc)
Parents/ guardians have the responsibility of supervising their children at all times to ensure their safety whilst on site and on the climbing frame.
BBQs are allowed on the site provided that suitable and safe equipment is used in conjunction with a B.S.I. or similar approved fire extinguisher. Open fires and constructed hearths are not permitted. Please be responsible if you are using a BBQ, every effort must be made to avoid scorching the grass. The ashes must be disposed of with care when cooled. Under NO circumstances must the BBQ be taken into the caravan, awning or tent due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
